Delivery Model
Deployment of Ifnoss is available via three modes as per the convience of the institute.
Ifnoss Hosted
You can purchase Ifnoss one-time-only license and host it on our servers. This model is useful if you don’t want to invest on local servers, infrastructure and maintenance at your college. The maintenance and upgrades will be done by our experienced team of professionals. Whenever you decide to switch the model, you can take complete Ifnoss software and data with you any day and switch to Ifnoss Premise model and host on your own server.
Ifnoss On-Premise
You can purchase Ifnoss one-time-only license and host it on your own server. This model is useful if you intend to use your existing/new infrastructure for hosting the software. The updates can be downloaded and deployed on the local server by the college periodically as and when available.
Ifnoss On Cloud (SaaS)
This model is on cloud and works as SaaS (Software as a Service). You pay on every usage, and can leave whenever you want without any further financial obligations. It is a monthly subscription with 2 options – 1. Unlimited users or 2. Per user basis. The maintenance and upgrades will be free and done by our experienced team of professionals. Whenever you decide to switch the model, you can switch to Ifnoss Hosted or Ifnoss Premise model any day.
- Benefits of SaaS
- SaaS usually relates to software applications which are not purchased and hosted locally but licensed from an organization which also hosts the software. SaaS is a software application delivery model where the vendor develops as well as operates the software application for use by its customers via the internet. Although SaaS is not limited to business applications only, it is typically considered an economical way for businesses to gain the same benefits of commercially licensed, internally operated software, without taking on the associated complexity and high initial cost that would normally go with purchasing software.
The SaaS Model is well suited for customers who have little interest or capability in software operation, but do have considerable computing requirements such as Financial Accounting, Human Resource Management, Customer Relations Management, and many more.
SaaS differentiates itself from “On Premise” software by avoiding the need to purchase and maintain the computer hardware and related infrastructure to run an application.
